Send a Gratitude Gram Today!

Dear Friends of IRUL,

With less than 24 hours before Thanksgiving, I wanted to remind us all of the importance of giving thanks and ask that you join me in sharing what you’re grateful for.

The Institute for Research on Unlimited Love has partnered with the John Templeton Foundation to bring you a new way to share what you’re thankful for with a free, customizable gratitude gram.

You can create and share your own gratitude gram at elementofgratitude.org

This simple, sharable online message allows you to upload a picture or video, write a custom message of thanks and then post your custom gratitude gram to Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, or send via email.

Big or small, expressing gratitude is good for you. Grateful people live longer (up to 7 years) and are healthier (get sick up to 10% less). And it’s good for the world too. Grateful people are more generous (give up to 20% more time and money).

While you’re gathered around the table tomorrow, surrounded by friends and family, remember that giving thanks is more than just a holiday; it’s a way of living. Help start a chain reaction and ignite people’s passion for gratitude throughout the holiday season and into the New Year by sharing what you’re thankful for.

Happy Thanksgiving.
